Council meetings are held at 5.30pm on the third Wednesday of each month at the Narrabri Shire Council Chambers, 46-48 Maitland Street, Narrabri (unless otherwise specified). Members of the public are welcome to attend.

Residents are encouraged to attend Council meetings and view the Business Papers on a regular basis. It is important for members of the community to see their vote in action and to be aware of the major issues affecting their Shire.

Members of the public may wish to speak at a Public Forum at an Ordinary Council meeting to express their concerns or support an agenda item. If you wish to speak in a Public Forum, you will need to register your interest by filling out the Request to Speak in Public Forum. For more information, please visit the Speaking at a Public Forum section at the bottom of this page.
