Donation in Lieu of Ordinary Rates Application

Council is currently calling for applications for its annual Donation in Lieu of Ordinary Rates. Section 356 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW) permits Council to give financial assistance to entities for the purpose of exercising its function. An outline of eligible applications can be found in the Donation in Lieu of Ordinary Rates Policy. 

Completed applications must be lodged with Council by 5.00pm Monday, 19 May 2025 and can be posted to Narrabri Shire Council, PO Box 261, Narrabri NSW 2390 or emailed to council@narrabri.nsw.gov.au
