Spring Plains Road rehabilitation works

Rehabilitation works are underway on Spring Plains Road.

Funded by the NSW Government's Regional and Local Road Repair Program, the works will improve road safety, reduce wear and tear on vehicles, and increase overall productivity of the road.

What we're doing

The works are approximately 1.5km in length and include gravel overlay, stabilisation, drains/culvert clearing/drainage works, as well as sealing, new guide posts and signage.

When/where

 We will work between 6.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday and, where required, from 6.30am to 5pm on Saturdays.

Works will start in the area as required and where the project and contractor allows.

Traffic changes

Traffic control will be in place for the safety of motorists and workers. This will include lane closures, reduced speed limits and alternating stop/slow zones.

Managing our impacts

Motorists - including wide-load and heavy vehicles, should plan ahead. Check signage and allow for delays.
