Narrabri Region Visitor Information Centre - Carpark

Infrastructure upgrade works are set to begin in the carpark located at the rear of the Narrabri Region Visitor Information Centre. Works will commence on Monday, 23 September and are expected to continue through to Wednesday, 9 October - pending weather.

Narrabri Shire Seals the deal for Yarrie Lake Circuit

NARRABRI SHIRE SEALS THE DEAL FOR YARRIE LAKE CIRCUIT

Yarrie Lake Circuit will see significant upgrades thanks to a $4,495,000 grant from the NSW Government.

The multimillion-dollar upgrade will see the complete reconstruction and sealing of 6.4km of road to improve access and connectivity to Yarrie Lake.

Narrabri Shire Mayor Ron Campbell said the upgrades to Yarrie Lake Circuit have been a long time coming and will benefit the entire community.

"It's great for both our local users and those visiting the region - increasing accessibility and providing another link in the chain for tourism growth for our Shire. The success of this grant highlights community-driven schemes and will be well appreciated by many," Mayor Campbell said.
