Narrabri Region Visitor Information Centre - Carpark

Infrastructure upgrade works are set to begin in the carpark located at the rear of the Narrabri Region Visitor Information Centre. Works will commence on Monday, 23 September and are expected to continue through to Wednesday, 9 October - pending weather.

Due to the ongoing Kerb and Gutter Replacement Program, access to Maitland Street Lane Way (Bowen Street end) will be closed from Monday, 16 September for approximately three weeks (pending weather). Alternate access will be available via the Dewhurst Street end of the lane.

This course, run by Royal Life Saving Society NSW, spans two days and equips participants (16 years and above) with essential lifeguard skills. From practical assessments to theory exams, successful completion leads to a Nationally Recognised Training certificate (Statement of Attainment).
