Black Snake Distillery started around 2017 with trials using local wild agave to make the spirit. Thus, they became the first paddock to bottle Agave Spirit maker in Australia and still the only one using Agave Americana.

Located on the outskirts of Narrabri, Black Snake Distillery is dedicated to the production of fine agave spirits in the style of Mezcal.

This event is proudly funded by the Narrabri Shire Council and The Exchange Narrabri as part of the TEBA (The Exchange Business Activator) project.
