The Namoi Jobs and Trades Show (NJATS) is a collaborative event organised by NIN and members, Future EDU, aimed at promoting positive engagement, local employment, and future growth in the Narrabri Shire.

The purpose of this career pathways initiative is to connect regional communities and industries, providing a platform to showcase local employment and career opportunities to students, graduates, community members, and prospective employees.

NJATS changes the conversation around education and career success in the Narrabri region, challenging the stigma that individuals have to leave the region to seek such opportunities.
