Facebook Terms and Conditions of Use
Facebook is an important tool for Council to actively engage with the Narrabri Shire community. It is a place for discussion, enquiries and active exchange of ideas.

What to expect from us
This Facebook page is monitored by Council staff during office hours Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Where possible, emergency updates will be provided after-hours.

Council welcomes comments, questions and feedback through this page. Staff will respond to requests as quickly as possible but sometimes more detail is required before a full response can be posted and therefore a response may be delayed.
Queries or complaints that may contain personal or sensitive information should be reported via Council’s email address council@narrabri.nsw.gov.au or by calling (02) 6799 6866.

Customer Service Requests
Council has an established Customer Service Request system (CSR) to help direct and deal with requests for service from the public. No requests will be accepted through Council’s Facebook page. If you wish to lodge a CSR please call Council on (02) 6799 6866. Alternatively, you can lodge a request through Snap Send Solve – a FREE app available through iOS and Android or by visiting their site http://www.snapsendsolve.com.

Council’s Facebook page is not the correct place to report dangerous situations or urgent issues. Residents should contact Council on (02) 6799 6866 or after-hours emergency number 0429 911 111 if they have an emergency outside business hours.
