June Council Meeting Change of Date (22-May-17)

Change of Date for June 2017 Ordinary Council Meeting

At the May 2017 Ordinary Council Meeting, Council resolved to hold its June Ordinary Meeting of Council on Tuesday 27 June 2017. The Meeting will commence at the normal time of 1.00pm, with the Public Forum, at the Narrabri Shire Council Chambers.

If anyone is interested in addressing an agenda item at the Public Forum, please contact the General Manager on 6799 6833 before 5.00pm on Monday 26 June 2017. You will need to complete the “Request to Speak at Public Forum” form that is available on the Council website, and advise your name, address and the agenda item you wish to speak on, and the subject of your address, and this will need to be submitted prior to 5.00pm on Monday 26 June 2017.

Preference for requests to speak will be given to Narrabri Shire ratepayers and residents, regardless of the agenda item they have requested to speak on.
